Notes and Assumptions of Calculator

1. This schedule of materials is prepared for pricing purposes. While some items may be able to be ordered directly off this schedule, it is the Contractors responsibility to check that the items ordered are correct for what is to be constructed. Trumark Group is not responsible for any costs incurred FOR wrong products ordered from this schedule. Speciality Non Stock items especially need to be signed off by the Supplier before ordering.
2. Where quantities have been estimated, standard industry measures and wastage allowances have been employed. It is the responsibility of the client to check and confirm all quantities.
3. All material take off’s are based on the plans and specifications as provided by the client.
4. Only items as listed and quantified above are included in this estimate.
5. Where there are contradictions on plans and specifications, the following order will be used to decide which solution is to be applied in this job.
   1. Project Specification for determining product selection,
   2. Detailed plans take precedence over floor & RC plans. Trumark takes no responsibility for any difference in value of products measured using this selection order.
6. Where quantities have been assessed it has been done to the best of our ability from the information supplied, for pricing purposes only. It remains The CONTRACTORS responsibility to check the schedule of quantities prior to using for pricing, or the placing of a firm order.
7. This estimate only covers those materials quoted, if materials which are of a similar nature, or otherwise are ordered, then the quoted price will not be applicable.
8. Take off has been completed as per the documentation provided only.
9. Scope of works and cladding area shown on attached markup drawings are determined based on provided information. Please confirm all marked up areas and notes below before placing the order.
