  • Below is an overview of the fire compliance for our Wood-Look range.

    • BCA compliant: Meets BCA Deemed-to- Satisfy provision C1.9(e)(v) – Suitable to use where non-combustible materials are required.
    • Fire tested AS/NZ1530.3-1999 – Spread of Flame Index 0

  • There are a large range of battens and planks available. Contact our team if you have any other profile requirements.

    Batten profiles

    50 x 50mm, 100 x 50mm, 150 x 50mm, 200 x 50mm
    Battens are predominantly a 2 piece snap system.

    Cladding profiles

    100mm, 150mm, 200mm Shiplap

  • The range offers 29 Wood-grain colours; 10 Rust & concrete colours; all Solid Colorbond colours.

  • Wood-Look substrate is a lightweight solid aluminium hollow profile, offering durability and non-combustibility.

    It is pre-finished in long-lasting electrostatically applied powder coating. Powder coating is one of the most durable colour coatings available and will provide many years of excellent service. This range  are maintainable for an indefinite period under normal environmental conditions, provided that the recommended care and maintenance practices are followed.

  • Warranty

    Up to 15 year warranty against buckling, corrosion, cracking, fade and gloss resistance


    Being an aluminium substrate with a premium and hard wearing powder-coat finish there is virtually no maintenance required.

    Compared to Timber and Steel, this can represent significant cost savings.

    General cleaning and product checks still recommended.
