Alira is Mormac’s newest development, situated in tranquil Berwick. Set across 70 stunning hectares with wetlands flowing throughout, this spacious and serene community is like no other.

On completion The Village Alira will consist of nearly 4,500 sqm of leasable retail and commercial space, including provision for a Childcare Centre, Supermarket, Medical Centre, Dentist, Professional Suites, small format Food and Beverage, Allied Health, Gym and Restaurant. Servicing the newly developed Alira Estate Berwick, and the surrounding suburbs of Berwick, Narre Warren South and Narre Warren.
Trumark have been excited to supply Alteria Aluminium Battens in 50mm x 100mm Evoke wood-look Queensland Kwila for the project. The battens help give warmth throughout the facade, featuring in several areas across the building. Trumark were also able to help with supplying Stud and Track, James Hardie ExoTec Façade™ Panels and Axon™ Cladding, Cladding System Accessories and Fixings, and Knauf Sheetrock® Shaftliner. Trumark’s ability to assist in several areas of the project, couple with expert product knowledge, has help reduce the burden on trades, speeding up installation across the build. All coupled with our fast crane truck delivery. It’s just part of our commitment to “your build, made easy”.
Construction in progress
It won’t be long before this project is complete and open to the public, we’ll be heading back to check out the final results.
